Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino
Casino at Gulfstream Park - The two-level casino has about 600 machines including Las Vegas
style slots and video poker. On the second floor, The Casino is attractively decorated with a 13,000 gallon aquarium, and
includes a bar and cafe. On the first floor, the Finish Line Casino, which has been redesigned, features simulcast betting, slots, and
video poker. Machines range in denomination from 1-cents and up including many
of the most popular video slots.
Video Poker - The paytables aren't great, but they are similar to what you'll find at the other South Florida
ractetrack casinos. The following table compares the expected returns for Gulfstream's Jacks or Better video poker
games at various denominations:
Casino Hours - 9:00AM to 3:00AM Sunday - Thursday;24 hours Friday and Saturday. Live Poker - The poker room is now located inside the first floor casino. In addition to cash games, they offer sit-n-go's as well as daily multi-table tournaments. Promotions include high hand and royal flush awards, plus a bad beat jackpot. It is open from 1:00PM to 1:00AM daily. Live Thoroughbred Racing - Gulfstream is one of the horse racing's premier venues. Its world class winter racing season runs January to April and includes important races for three year olds on the road to the Kentucky Derby, including the Fountain of Youth Stakes and the Florida Derby. Post time is 1:15PM, Wednesday to Sunday. Racebook - Gulfstream offers wagering on racetracks from around the country in its beautiful simulcast rooms. Doors open at 9:AM.
Christine Lee's - The popular Miami Beach restaurant, known for serving prime steaks and Asian specialties
has relocated to the third floor at Gulfstream Park. Sushi bar and full liquor bar.
Ten Palms - 1,000 seat restaurant and buffet overlooking the track's stretch run. Located on the second level.
Food Court and Snack Bars - There are various places to get a quick bite and a drink including the Finish Line
Deli inside the first floor casino.
The Village at Gulfstream Park - Opening in February 2010 with over a dozen new restaurants. Already open is
Texas de Brazil, a churrascaria.
The Village Shopping Center - The Village is a beautiful new outdoor shopping mall at Gulfstream Park opening in February, 2010.
Jameson Jockey Club - Live music weekends during racing season.
MI-VI Nightclub - This is a gorgeous new nightclub with a stage, dance floor, vip rooms, food and drink, etc.
Driving Directions to Gulfstream Park
Gulfstream is located on US-1 in Hallandale east of I-95.
From I-95, exit to Hallandale Beach Blvd or Ives Dairy Rd and proceed east to US-1. The facility is north of Ives Dairy Road
and just south of Hallandale Beach Blvd.
